Tokyo Tower and Ningyocho

When we arrived Shinjuku station from Lake Kawaguchi, we took the subway to Akabaneshi and stopped by to have a look at Tokyo Tower before taking the train back to Daimon and Ningyocho. Apa Hotel Ningyocho Eki Kita is just 5 minutes walk from the station.

Lake Kawaguchi

The loud dragging/scraping noise awakened me at 6:02 am. At first, I didn't know what it was, then I thought someone must be dragging their suitcase outside our hotel room, but then I noticed that my bed was moving. I sat up quickly, my heart was racing and I suddenly realize that this must be an earthquake. I've never experienced it before, so I didn't know if this was a mild or strong one. The first thing that came to my mind was if this building going to collapse. We were on the 23rd floor and would they be able to locate me among the rubbles? I got up and walked to the window but immediately regretted my action, I felt dizzy. I hold on to the wall and looked out the window, and I was relieved that I didn't see any damages to the building nearby.

Night Out in Sangsu and Hongdae

Shamrock & Roll Irish Pub, Queens Head, Persian Land (Food, Hookah, Bar) & ChiMaek place, Noo Na Hol Dak. The first two places are near to Sangsu station and the other two are around Hongik University station. However, walking from one area to another is possible as it's not that far. I jotted down some of the prices for beers and food in here for reference in case you guys need some idea on the prices and also type of beers and food available in these places.

Shinjuku Japan

This was my first time in Japan and I was super excited to explore this country. Our Flight departed from Incheon at 10:36 am and we reached Narita airport terminal 3 after 1 hrs 55 minutes flight time. The immigration was crowded but it didn't take much time. The whole process was less than 15 minutes and I was really impressed by the efficiency. We had our lunch at the airport cafeteria before walking to terminal 2 which is about 560 meters away.

Haeundae Beach and Places in Busan

An hour after I finished my tour at the UN Memorial Cemetery, we took a taxi from Pukyung National University campus to best Western Hotel in Haeundae, it takes 24 minutes ride and the taxi fare was 10,600won including Tol. We crossed over the Gwangandaegyo bridge, nickname Diamond bridge which is the second longest bridge in the country after the Incheon bridge.

Busan UN Memorial Cemetery

Busan is the second largest city in Seoul with the population of 3.6million. I'm excited to see what this city could offer me. So, when Mike had a teacher training job to do at Pukyung National University, I tagged along with him. In this four days three nights trip, we stopped a night in Nam-Gu and the remaining nights at Haeundae-Gu.
